ABOUT

Rachael is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and has over 15 years experience working with children and adolescents. She has had 15 years experience working for the Department of Education, providing speech pathology services to children and working with teachers to improve outcomes for students with additional communication needs. Prior to this, she worked as a speech pathologist for the Australian International School in Hong Kong.

Rachael has a passion for advocating for neurodivergent students and providing neurodiversity affirming supports. She has particular interests in autism, developmental language disorders, and literacy development.

Outside of work, Rachael loves to spend time with her husband and two kids.
